DESTINATION

Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo - Japan

MISSION - Space Planning - Design & Visualisation - Technical Production - Setup and Build


OBJECTIVE

To allow the client to showcase their brand presence in Japan and showcase their subsidiary brand during the exhibition


BRIEF To design an attractive booth at the NEPCON Event, showcasing the Fusion brand in the exhibition. The objective is to create a space for the exhibition attendees to know and find out more about FUSION and pique their interest in the solutions offered. At the same time, it is to announce the recent acquisition of Prosemi as a new subsidiary under FUSION.


SOLUTION

Designing an open space, minimising the high wall and boundaries to be more inviting and making the space feel more spacious. Brand communications around the perimeter serve as a demarcation of several zones in the booth space, with some dynamic content on screens to pique the interest of the attendees.


The coffee counter serves as a conversation space and a functional gift station. The combination of high chairs and sofas is planned to maximise the pax capacity in the space.
