AIA Dragon's Meeting Osaka Incentive Trip – Conceptual Reference

The AIA Dragon's Meeting Osaka Incentive Trip was envisioned as a biennial event designed to inspire and engage attendees while celebrating achievements and fostering connections. Scheduled for early April 2025, the proposed event aimed to host approximately 1700 participants at a convention center in Osaka.

The concept included a dynamic conference meeting with a full theatre setup for 1500 attendees, featuring impactful speeches, thematic performances, and interactive sessions. A gala dinner was also envisioned, accommodating up to 1600 guests, with activities such as raffles, table games, and celebrity performances. Special arrangements included themed décor, photo opportunities, and tailored outfits to align with the Osaka-inspired theme.

This project was a creative proposal submitted to the client as part of a competitive pitch. Although it was not selected for execution, it showcases Dorier's expertise in design thinking and experiential storytelling, reflecting their ability to craft unique and impactful event concepts tailored to a client’s milestones and ambitions.
