Rotary Club Exhibition – Conceptual Reference

Rotary Club intended to hold an immersive exhibition in Singapore, where delegates could visit several touchpoints and exhibits in the hall.

One of the key factors to be considered is the guest journey within the space, to optimise their visits and interactions with touchpoints and exhibits within the perimeter.

We designed the entire zoning and space planning, curated the interactive activities that entertain while serving as a storytelling medium and increased the engagement rates.

The proposed layout seamlessly merges two unique activity zones into an inviting, interactive space designed to captivate crowds and encourage active participation. Our aim is to celebrate the Rotary Club's rich history and impactful programs through this dynamic environment.

Interactive Zone

Designed in an art gallery-style layout, features large-scale photography of the Rotary Club's activities and programs. VR corners offer an immersive experience with Rotary's VR content, and a prominent LED Wall screens the Club's inspiring video content.

Photo Op Zone

The Photo Op Zone, designed for social media enthusiasts, offers interactive experiences and gamification elements. It encourages visitors to share their memorable moments while reinforcing Rotary's commitment to service and community engagement.

Interactive Zone Entrance Arch

An exquisite Entrance Arch, a graceful structure intended to extend a warm and inviting embrace to all visitors as they step into the Interactive Zone. This architectural structure has been meticulously designed with a keen eye for aesthetics, boasting a sleek and simple look and feel that serves as a testament to Rotary's timeless values.

Crowning this Entrance Arch is the Rotary logo, proudly displayed on top of the arch, signifying our enduring dedication to service and community.

Inside the arch, a lush display of greenery plants not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also conveys a powerful message of sustainability. This oasis reflects Rotary's unified efforts in supporting sustainability causes.

Through this thoughtful design, we aim to create an entrance that greets visitors warmly while imparting the values and mission of the Rotary Club.

Photography Display

To establish a captivating gallery ambiance in the Interactive Zone, we propose the use of ten Photography Display walls. These walls will feature compelling imagery showcasing Rotary's pivotal activities and programs, underlining the dedication to community support and member empowerment.

Floating photographs on these walls will tell the story of Rotary's impactful journey. Below each image, simple acrylic stands will provide context and messaging, offering insights into the stories behind the photographs.

Additionally, we suggest the inclusion of QR codes alongside these narratives, directing visitors to relevant URLs, thus encouraging member participation in our causes.

This immersive gallery experience aims to celebrate Rotary's achievements and inspire both members and visitors to actively support our mission.

Exploring Rotary’s VR World

Within the Interactive Zone, we harness Rotary's in-house virtual reality content through dedicated VR Corners. These corners serve as gateways to extraordinary experiences, allowing visitors to dive into the heart of Rotary's impactful work.

At the heart of each VR Corner stands a triangular centre pillar, a portal to the behind-the-scenes stories of the VR content on display. These narratives offer valuable insights into the making of the virtual reality experiences, enhancing visitors' understanding and appreciation.

For those eager to explore further, QR Codes are thoughtfully provided, enabling other visitors to access the VR content on their personal smartphone devices. This accessibility empowers visitors to enjoy the content at their convenience, even after the event has concluded.

As an incentive to encourage ongoing engagement, we propose offering VR cardboard as a thoughtful gift option. This gift not only serves as a token of appreciation but also encourages individuals to continue exploring Rotary's VR content, fostering a deeper connection with the Rotary mission.

Window into Rotary’s Impactful World

In the quest to offer an immersive experience, we are having the VR Feed Wall. This dynamic feature broadcasts VR Corner content live, providing visitors with a real-time window into Rotary's impactful world.

Beneath the screens, an acrylic pedestal showcases the stories behind the VR content and Rotary's commitments to these activities. A QR Code on one side invites visitors to explore the VR content and engage further.

On the opposite side, photography hung by tension cables captures still images of the dynamic VR content, creating a visually captivating experience.

The VR Feed Wall aims to transport visitors into Rotary's mission, inspiring engagement and celebrating achievements.

Rotary Sustainability Statement

In line with Rotary's unwavering commitment to sustainability, the Interactive Zone is enveloped by a lush greenery wall.

Highlighting the event's local significance, a prominent die-cut Merlion logo is strategically placed within the Interactive Zone. This iconic symbol becomes an easily identifiable and featured photo-opt spot, emphasising the unique essence of the event.

On the opposite side of the wall, the iconic Rotary logo takes its place, proudly identifying the branded space. This distinctive emblem ensures that Rotary's presence is both recognisable and distinguishable from a distance, drawing visitors towards the heart of the Interactive Zone.

Through these thoughtful elements, we aim to create a space that not only embodies Rotary's values but also resonates with the local context, fostering a sense of unity and purpose in the pursuit of a better future.

Interactive Photowall

Our second enchanting feature is Photo Op Zone, a digital haven where interactive elements seamlessly merge with gamification mechanics to craft an unforgettable and shareable experience.

An innovative feature within this zone is the inclusion of a console, allowing visitors to control and select unique background images displayed on the LED wall for each photo-taking session.

As guests venture through the Photo Op Zone, they will discover an enticing array of engaging activities and playful opportunities, all meticulously designed to capture and commemorate memorable moments.

These experiences are not only entertaining and interactive but also deeply rooted in the core values of Rotary, underlining our unwavering commitment to service and community engagement.
