OBJECTIVE

This project consists of two major components:

1. Spikes Asia Awards: Design and build the stage for the awards ceremony, including stage handling and awards content management.

2. Spikes Asia Festival: Oversee the audiovisual production for the main Spikes Asia event, held at a different venue from the awards show. This includes developing a CMS for award submissions.

SOLUTION

1. Spikes Asia Awards

For the Spikes Asia Awards, we crafted a uniquely designed LED wall backdrop that embodies the festival's spirit of creativity.

We meticulously design the stage backdrop, carefully considering viewing angles to optimize visibility without any obstructions.

An opening stinger, developed and produced according to the festival’s brand guidelines and identity, kicks off the awards show with impactful motion graphics, setting an electrifying tone for the evening.

The content tailored for this unique backdrop was directed and produced by Dorier, ensuring an engaging experience for the audience throughout the awards ceremony.

Behind the scenes, our stage production team worked seamlessly with the show producer, executing 386 cues with pinpoint accuracy, ensuring a flawless flow from start to finish.

2. Spikes Asia Festival

The main deliverables included a high-quality stage setup and audiovisual technical production. With back-to-back sessions across several stages, our top-notch technical team was indispensable. Our stage handlers and production team worked tirelessly to guarantee the uninterrupted success of this marathon event.

Additionally, we developed a new, bespoke Content Management System (CMS) for awards submissions. This innovative solution, crafted from scratch specifically for Spikes Asia, marked a significant departure from previous practices.
